About ordering

Ordering your knife or knives - and other accessories - from us is easy. All payments are made via PayPal - we know this to be a tried and trusted method that has the benefit for you, the customer, of never having to share your details with us - it’s all done by PayPal and you don’t even need an account with PayPal to make it work.

So - how does it work?

Easy. Simply choose the product you require and add it to your basket using the appropriate button by the side of it. The UK flag price is used for all UK postal addresses (including Channel Islands), the EC flag price for all EC states (this includes Norway for these purposes), the US flag price covers the USA and Canada and the ‘World’ price is for everywhere else! Please note that this difference in price just covers for extra postage - you’re not being penalised in any way. Deliveries are sent by recorded mail and fully insured.

This then takes you to the PayPal ‘shopping cart’, which will show the purchase you have just chosen. Then choose either the ‘continue shopping’ option in order to return to the site and order any other goods you may want - and this includes our other websites as well - or simply proceed to the checkout.

Fill in your payment details and finalise your order. We will confirm your order by email.

And if you change your mind? No problem. Provided you haven’t already cleared checkout and placed the order, you can delete your existing items and replace them as you wish. And if you have ordered and wish to make additions? Heck, we’re flexible - just email us explaining what’s happened. We’ll sort it out. It’s what we do!

‘the price you see is the price you pay - no hidden extras!’

PLEASE NOTE: Delivery: unless marked as being ‘in stock’, please allow 30 working days delivery for your knife or knives - they are made to order and,whilst this may be at odds with our modern world, we still think that the best is worth waiting for!
