This 10"/25cm cook's knife has a carbon steel blade and a hardwearing black nylon handle.
NB. This is a carbon steel knife. The blade of this knife will quickly become dark and patinate i.e. have an aged look about it. It is also extremely susceptible to rusting if left damp. If it is important to you that the blade remains bright and shiny then please choose a stainless steel blade.
