The set comprises of a 8"/20cm stainless steel Yatagan carving knife from our traditional forged range and a 17cm bayonet fork, both with a white micarta handle. Set in an attractive oak box with sturdy clasps and lined with a red felt. Knives with the white micarta handles have been discontinued by Thiers Issard Sabatier so this is a one time only offering!
