This six piece Sabatier knife set and block has a sharpening steel, a 4 inch (10 cm) paring knife, a 3 inch (8 cm) paring knife, an 8 inch (10 cm) bread knife, a 7 inch (17 cm) santoku knife and a 6 inch (15 cm) cook's knife. All knives are from our Traditional Forged range, have a hardwearing black nylon handle and are made from Sabatier's finest stainless steel. The perfect set for the serious chef! This set could also be adapted to include knives with carbon steel blades, except for the bread knife which only comes in the stainless steel option.
