This Sabatier yatagan carving knife has a 8"/20cm stainless steel blade and a beautiful olive wood handle. It is a specialist carving knife. The tapered blade makes it perfect for carving with larger cuts of meat.

Olive wood has a beautiful grain and although it is a robust wood, these Sabatier yatagan carving knives should not be placed in a dishwasher, but washed carefully by hand to keep the handle looking their best. Olive wood is a natural wood and so please note the look of the handle of each knife will vary.
