This is an 8"/20cm cook's knife from our Traditional Forged Range, and has as a stainless steel blade with an olive wood handle. Olive wood has a beautiful grain and although it is a robust wood, these knives should not be placed in a dishwasher, but washed carefully by hand to keep the handle looking their best. Olive wood is a natural wood and so the look of handle of each knife will vary. A good general purpose knife useful for chopping, dicing and slicing all types of fruit and vegetables.
