This Sabatier cook's knife has a 10"/25cm stainless steel blade and a beautiful olive wood handle. Olive wood has a beautiful grain and although it is a robust wood, these knives should not be placed in a dishwasher, but washed carefully by hand to keep the handle looking their best. Olivewood is a natural wood and so the look of handle of each knife will vary.

A large general purpose knife - useful for chopping, dicing and slicing all types of fruit and vegetables. Suitable for the experienced chef only !
