This 4"/10cm paring knife from our Traditional Forged Range is perfect for those everyday kitchen tasks and has as a stainless steel blade with an olive wood handle. Olive wood has a beautiful grain and although it is a robust wood, these paring knives should not be placed in a dishwasher, but washed carefully by hand to keep the handle looking their best.
