This 3"/8cm paring knife from our Traditional Forged Range, is perfect for those everyday kitchen tasks. This paring knife has a stainless steel blade with an olive wood handle. Olive wood has a beautiful grain and although it is a robust wood, these knives should not be placed in a dishwasher, but washed carefully by hand to keep the handle looking their best.
