This 25cm sharpening steel from our Traditional Forged Range is made from stainless steel and has a hardwearing black nylon handle. Our Sabatier knife sharpener is perfect for day to day maintenance of a sharp edge on your knives. Total length 37cm. All knives will benefit from periodic honing and stropping and we stock a strop specifically designed for knives. Alternatively we recommend that you consider occasionally treating your knives to professional sharpening. This is normally quite inexpensive.
