This is a cheese knife with a stainless steel handle and a textured black plastic handle. The blade bears the Thiers-Issard Sabatier logo, as does the handle, although the logo on the handle is partially indistinct. The handle is a lighter material than that used for other knives in the Ideal range and therefore not a match.
