Cook’s Knives
Our Sabatier cook's knives (or chefs’ knives if you prefer) are one of the most frequently used knives in the kitchen. They are used for tasks such as chopping, slicing and dicing all types of fruits and vegetables.
If you are looking for a general purpose Sabatier kitchen knife to start your collection then this is a good place to start. Cook's knives are utility knives forming a key part of any chef's knife set.
The cook's knife has a broad blade which curves upwards towards the tip to allow the knife to rock when slicing and a thick spine to add weight. We stock them in four blade lengths; 6 inch, 8 inch, 10 inch and 12 inches. The 8 inch knife is the most popular while the larger blades are best left to the more experienced chef!
